Location: Western Cape - Paarl

Position: Permanent

Salary Benchmark: R180 000 – R216 000 p/a


We are looking for an energetic, reliable and engaging individual to join our dynamic team of changemakers serving our community of start-up entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will have a financial and/or business development background, have a passion to work with people and a strong drive to make South Africa a more inclusive, just and equal society.



! Coordinate and train entrepreneurs in the Academy and LAB programme on business-related topics.

! Conduct monthly analysis of SMME’s financial data - e.g. turnover, expenses, profitability, management

accounts, and budgets.

! Provide advice and support to the SMMEs, especially on the implementation of financial systems.

! Assist with monitoring and evaluation of programmes and report writing.

! Coordinate and arrange specific events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

! Ad-hoc tasks



! Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance Management or Business Administration.

! Strong financial and administrative background.

! 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

! Candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans (isiXhosa or isiZulu - advantageous).

! Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills.
