Labit Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a business incubator fighting poverty and building futures in Southern Africa. Labit was established in 2014 to equip community-based entrepreneurs that share the vision of creating sustainable businesses and thus job opportunities within our amazing country. Labit encourages the entrepreneurs to think completely out of-the-box about solving societal issues and to construct their businesses by being innovative and creative. Labit actively works towards changing the unemployment rate and dream of a tomorrow where more people will start social conscious businesses whilst purposefully solving social problems in a financially sustainable way.

We believe that within each town, city, rural as well as township-based community there are entrepreneurs with the potential to start and grow a successful business that can create employment opportunities and effect positive social change. We are focused on establishing and growing entrepreneurs that are hardworking, teachable and community-minded. We believe that our sustainable model for business incubation addresses previous injustices, but mainly focuses on the future and how we can create a better life for all.

Labit believes that by being personal, productive and purposeful in our actions to create, develop, support and empower entrepreneurs it will enable them to build sustainable businesses that not only stimulate economic activity but also addresses the large threat of unemployment and poverty.
