We have been a strategic partner and implementor for an array of corporates in the private sector, overseeing their Economic Development and CSI strategies. Our unique approach to business incubation and passion for solving the unemployment problem is an appealing prospect for corporates, organisations and philanthropists who don’t only want to fund projects to tick boxes, but who truly want to make an impact and accelerate change in all areas of South Africa. We are proud to have partnered with an international funder to create a first of its kind HUB which focussed on providing training and support for at-risk youth in our community. This partnership enabled a global influence and exposure both for ourselves and our beneficiaries. We aim to draw the attention of International funders to the potential that exists within Southern Africa.
We share an impact space with two Non-Profit Organisations who have a similar focus on community impact driven initiatives. The office space not only provides a space for beneficiaries to come and use office resources, but it also leverages a number of skill sets and opportunities that the Labit team does not possess internally, and allows us to receive objective inputs that consistently improve our business model and approach.
We have an array of opportunities including enterprise and supplier development, for corporates to ensure that their spend achieves the set out parameters and points for BBBEE. We are accredited as a Level 2 BBBEE contributor.
