The Labit Eco- System is our flagship incubation model which aims to train, mentor and coach entrepreneurs through each of the levels. Each block flows into the next and acts as a filtering mechanism to ensure that the entrepreneurs who progress to the next phase have the necessary skills to continue building sustainable businesses. It is important to not develop business skills but also the correct mindsets that enables and empowers the entrepreneurs to think creatively, remain focussed, persevere and to dream about the impact their business can have.

DAY
A workshop to equip entrepreneurs with tools to grow themselves as well as their businesses through the various topics presented through-out the year. These sessions are aimed to provide business acumen but also to spark conversations that challenge the status quo within their respective communities and empower entrepreneurs to effect change.
LABIT
ACADEMY
Labit carefully selects applicants to attend a competitive business workshop where the entrepreneurs critically assess their business models. Finally, they get the opportunity to pitch their business model to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs and industry experts. The five most promising entrepreneurs are then selected to join the next phase which is called The LAB.
The
LAB
Entrepreneurs with high potential are selected from the Academy to join a 3 month program aimed at growing their capacity and building their businesses. During their time in The LAB, the entrepreneurs’ business models are tested for scalability and core business skills are learnt and applied. Emphasis are placed on development, business strategy and plan, life-skills, social impact skills as well an investment in the form of seed capital are handed to each entrepreneur.
THE
INCUBATOR
The Incubator is an intensive program shaped to provide entrepreneurs with advanced knowledge, skill and confidence to take their business to the next level. This program is facilitated over 6 – 12 months and includes mentorship from skilled coaches, equipping entrepreneurs with practical tools and advanced business principles to grow their business. We also aim to provide the entrepreneurs with networking opportunities and access to funding.
THE
ACCELERATOR
Graduates of the Incubator are given the option to enter the Accelerator phase. During this phase a much more intense approach is followed as the Labit team provides a full operational function in order to free up the entrepreneur to drive the business vision and generate new business and sales.

RETAINER BASED CONSULTING
Business consulting and support services @ 5% of the current business’ monthly gross turnover. In order to qualify for the 5% fee, the business should have a monthly gross turnover of R100,000.00 and more per month. Should this not be the case we can negotiate a fee as well as a custom-built package tailored to the needs of the entrepreneur.

AD HOC CONSULTING
The first meeting will be free of charge, thereafter a consultation fee will be charged per hour. This will be discussed in the first meeting after determining the business needs.
